Your Mind Story Bootcamp

You already understand the cycle. But understanding it isn’t the same as breaking it.

A 12-week Bootcamp for women who are still in it, somewhere in the in-between, or out of the relationship but still caught in the cycle.

You may understand why he pulls away. You may know the pattern. You may even know exactly what you think you should do.

But if you’re still checking, waiting, replaying, hoping, overthinking, or finding that what he does or doesn’t do can change your whole day, knowing hasn’t been enough.

This is where the focus turns back to you.

Break the cycle. Take your life back.

12 weeks. 4 steps. One goal: get your mind back.

Step 1 — Quiet the Alarm

Work with the alarm that can keep running whether the connection feels uncertain, threatened or has already ended, so it doesn’t keep taking over your emotional world.

Step 2 — Break the Pull

Understand what keeps pulling you back into the cycle, what you’re really reaching for and what you may need to face, grieve or accept.

Step 3 — Restore Self-Trust

Start listening to what you already know, rebuilding your boundaries with yourself and collecting evidence that you can rely on you.

Step 4 — Return to Yourself

Reconnect with the parts of you that became buried underneath the relationship and get clearer about what love and intimacy need to look like for you now.

This isn’t another programme about figuring him out.

You’ve probably already spent enough time doing that.

Why he changed.

Why he pulled away.

Whether he loves you.

Whether you should stay.

Whether you should leave.

The Bootcamp asks a different question:

While you’ve been trying to understand him, what’s been happening to you?

Your thoughts.

Your body.

Your boundaries.

Your trust in yourself.

Your ability to be present in your own life.

That’s where we’re going.

Your main daily job?

Press play.

That’s the promise.

Across the 12 weeks, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy recordings support the work we’re doing through each step.

Then once a week, you’ll spend around 15 minutes writing one piece of Your Mind Story.

Instead of endlessly analysing him, you start becoming deeply interested in you and intentionally invested in your own life.

What you’re feeling.

What you need.

What you’ve learnt.

Where you’ve left yourself.

What you want to protect now.

Over 12 weeks, those pieces become Your Mind Story.

Not his biography.

Yours.

Don’t wait until January to choose yourself.

How many times have you already said:

“That’s it. I’m not doing this anymore.”

And somehow found yourself back in the same cycle?

We’re not waiting for another New Year promise.

We’re putting the reps in before January.

So by the time the new year arrives, you haven’t just promised yourself things will be different.

You’ve already started proving it.

This probably isn’t for you if…

Your main goal is to learn how to make him chase you, what message will get him back, what his silence means or how to change his behaviour.

There’s plenty of information online about him. That’s not what we’re doing here.

You can still love him. You can still want the relationship. You don’t have to decide today whether you’re staying or leaving.

But if you’re ready to stop making his next move the thing that determines yours, you’re in the right place.

The goal isn’t to become a woman who needs nobody. It’s to become a woman who can love somebody without losing herself to do it.

If you’re tired of understanding the cycle but still finding yourself caught in it, start here.

You don’t have to make another huge decision today.
Just put your name down.
