Privacy and Disclaimer
What data we collect
When you complete the assessment we collect your name, email address, your responses to the assessment questions, your result, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as a submission identifier, journey identifier, page/referrer information and device or browser information. Your assessment answers and contact details are used to provide your result and operate the assessment.
How we use your data
Your email address is used for marketing only if you tick the marketing consent box during the assessment. You can receive your assessment result without agreeing to marketing. We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers where needed to operate the website, assessment, email and payment services.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, DM on TikTok @dontsleepwithavoidantmen or email hello@yourmindstory.co.uk. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Cookies
The assessment uses essential browser storage to remember your progress, anonymous journey identifier and, where necessary, a submission that needs to be retried. If you choose analytics, campaign attribution is kept for the current browser session and Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded to understand how the site and assessment are used. If you choose “Allow all”, the Meta Pixel is also loaded. Your name, email address, assessment answers and free-text responses are not sent to these analytics or advertising tools. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. You can also clear browser storage and cookies through your browser settings.
